Bertolli Spread
Mild tasting Bertolli spread contains a significant portion of healthy olive oil. Just like olive oil, it is exceptionally high in unsaturated fatty acids (the fats we are advised to eat more of) and low in saturated fatty acids (the fats we are advised to eat less of). Because of its healthful composition, Bertolli spread can contribute positively to improve health by replacing saturated fatty acids in the diet.
